Steps to Measure Ring Size:
1) Prepare a Strip or String
• Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
• Make sure it’s long enough to wrap around your finger.
2) Wrap Around Your Finger
• Place the strip/string around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
• Ensure it’s snug but not too tight — it should slide over the knuckle comfortably.
3) Mark the Overlap
• Use a pen to mark the point where the strip/string overlaps.
4) Measure the Length
• Lay the strip/string flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm).
• This gives you the finger circumference.
5) Convert to Ring Size
• Match the measurement to the size chart below.
Tips
• Compare with an existing ring: If you already own a ring that fits comfortably, measure its inner diameter across the widest point and match it to a size chart for confirmation.
• Consider knuckle size: If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, choose a slightly bigger size so the ring can slide on and off without difficulty.
• Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger.
• Avoid measuring when hands are cold, as fingers shrink.
• If between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort.
