Orders & Shipping

 

Q: How long does processing take before my order ships?

A: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/ holidays) after payment confirmation. All orders are subject to product availability, for pre-order items, we will notify you separately.

 

Q: Can I change/ cancel my order after placing?

A: Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: We will use SF Express, and Hong Kong Post as shipping carriers. You will receive the tracking link (for SF Express only) once we have shipped your order. Shipping carriers determine final delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, and we are not liable for any loss or damage upon and during delivery.  



Returns & Exchanges


Q: Can I refund/ return my purchased item?

A: No refunds once an order is placed and processed. We also won’t accept refunds or returns for on sale items and special events.


Q: What if I receive the wrong item/ my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: Send us the order number and photo proof within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement (unused item in original packaging only) via WhatsApp/ Instagram direct message. Refunds may be considered only in these cases. 

 

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Customers cover return shipping unless the error was on ours.
